any good Books to help?

I'm just curious (sorry if I was not allowed to write this) but has anyone come across any good books to help get with this??

I don't respond to medications, CBT has not been helpful, so my last option is NAC and to try the online therapy program once I save up (not currently working so times are hard) ..

"Doesn't it Hurt? Confessions of Compulsive Hair Pullers" edited by Sandy Rosenblatt
This book is amazing!! In this book trichsters tell their story. Their experiences vary in severity, and you will most definitely find someone that you can relate to.

Also, kind of off topic, I recommend the movie "Trichster" directed by Jillian Corsie. I watched it using Amazon Prime Video.

Hope this helps! :)
