Completely lost my whole head of hair to this..

So I have been completely bald now with a light cover of hair Ive been struggling to keep due to this unresistable urge! Ive lost my job my man my everything due to this. I wear hoodies all the time thru all 4 seasons. The embarrassment is belittling. I dont know what to do, but every time I get a little back i pull again. I will never have a full head of hair again. I just feel embarrassed & defeated
