Permanent Eyelash follicle damage

After 28 years of eyelash pulling, I have significant permanent damage to the eyelash follicles. Most which do grow back are very loosely rooted and get pulled out with the minimal resistance. At some point the sensation of pull begins to fade as the roots do not hold on as tight, or at all. By the time you’ll notice, it will be too late. The roots will will be damaged.
