Can we form a online group like Skype or ??

So, I'm definitely not technologically savvy but I was reading some people's posts mentioning that there should be a group Skype or WhatsApp for us to have face to face support groups via the internet & I think that's a OUTSTANDING idea! If someone is truly interested & knows the tech-how of how this can be done, please text or call me!! As I'd gladly help be a facilitator of sorts if others could help too.
