19 month old - Could she have trich?

My daughter is only 19 months but since she has been one she’s been progressively pulling out her hair. At one time she had a full head of hair, and now her hair is down to the point where you can see her scalp. It breaks my heart, and I am at a loss at what to do? I’ve tried everything to intervene. I hate that she can’t communicate to me what’s going on!

I’m open to any suggestion to solve this issue or simply gain more knowledge.
