To the people that had tricho bezoar removed

Hey peeps

i started about 3 years ago with pulling mustache hairs, from there it spiraled something about playing with the hard hairs in my mouth kept me going. I have eaten them in the beginning stage then tried to spit out as many as I could because I found out that eating these hairs can do serious harm now I’m having stomach like hurting here and there it since yesterday could be because I had eaten a lot of salt that day so could be a stomach ulcer? I don’t know if that’s the right translation but I’m a bit paranoid it could be a bezoar and I really don’t want a big scar from the operation

but to the point people that had tricho bezoars removed what were the symptoms you had when going to the docter?
