I completed my early clinical training at University of Pennsylvania's Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, under Edna Foa, Ph.D. and Martin Franklin, Ph.D., postdoctoral fellowship under Barbara Rothbaum, Ph.D. at Emory University; staff member at University of Pennsylvania's CTSA 2012-2012 where I treated clients using evidence-based CBT for anxiety disorders and supervised graduate trainees, medical residents and therapists learning these techniques. I currently see clients in private practice and continue to train therapists nationally learning evidence based treatments for anxiety disorders. I have published on the topics of best practices in treatment of OCD and PTSD.
Evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatments for anxiety disorders including ERP for OCD and mindfulness-based, DBT enhanced treatment of BFRB's. I also integrate aspects of the COMB treatment model for BFRB's into my work with compulsive skin pickers.
