Any out of place hair from a man

Hi everyone, I haven't read anything on this forum yet. I have Trichotillomania.

When searching for this on Google, I saw a lot of articles regarding people pulling out large clumps.
I feel a bit lucky in that I don't pull large clumps.

My issue is, that I, being a 32 yr. old male. Find myself pulling out any 'out of place hair'. Mostly on my body and face. I'm apprehensive to groom my beard. I.E. a goatee, or a well groomed fineline.

It goes to eyebrows, neckline, etc. Anywhere that I want an established hairline.

I'm strawberry blonde/ red in my beard. But my head hair went from platinum blonde to brown over the course of 2 years during my puberty.

I do find plenty of things that keep me from pulling. But none of them seem healthy. I.e. smoking, gaming, chewing sunflower seeds.

I'm not sure any of this makes sense, but I was hoping someone on here would be able to relate.

The majority of my pulling is on my chin.
